作為一個火鍋控,火鍋就真係食唔少,但係炭爐火鍋就真係第一次,感覺好地道好有懷舊氣息,一路打邊爐嘅過程中會額外有一種炭火嘅香味。少少唔好處係冇得調校火嘅大小,但整體上火候都幾均勻。湯底叫咗馳名豬骨鍋,係有誠意嘅。飲得出熬咗好耐好入味,絕對唔係求其加水嗰種。呢度海鮮都幾出名,我哋叫咗手打墨魚滑、鱔片同南非孔雀鮑魚,質素唔錯。最喜歡個鮑魚,大大隻好爽口彈牙,一啲都唔韌。另外再叫埋特級安格斯肥牛同鵝腸,呢兩樣我打邊爐,基本上必叫。尤其碟鵝腸幾肥美。
