To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

打風假同朋友去Airside睇吓新商場見到一間翡翠拉麵小籠包價錢對比其他商戶都算有吸引力又見到有新菜式就一齊坐咗入去食晚飯環境都算闊落舒服 光猛通透啲燈夠光但都幾柔和 唔會坐到眼瞓嗌咗香酥鴨呢一款炸嘅片皮鴨 都要夾住塊麵粉皮嚟食都幾特別同場都嗌咗個椰汁雞 個味都好重椰香但係啲雞可以嫩啲再嗌咗啲大路嘢譬如擔擔面同埋小籠包擔擔面夠香夠辣但係對我嚟講較油小籠包真係熱辣辣爭啲辣親個口依然係keep到其他分店嘅水準整體嚟講中上 可以返去再食
