To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次第一次入坪洲,估唔到都有間文青特色小店,裝修感覺小清新,好岩打卡。當日11點到達,好好彩有窗口位坐,12點時餐廳已爆滿。餐點方面,叫咗坪洲自尊,係芝士蕃茄醬底嘅Pizza,材料有辣肉腸煙肉洋蔥橄欖三色椒,非常香脆好味。另外,仲叫咗丹麥條,外皮非常鬆脆,甜度啱啱好。香蕉蛋糕剛好新鮮出籠,所以即刻叫左來試,外脆內軟,濃濃的香蕉味。飲品方面,叫咗兩杯today Special ,係玫瑰伯爵latte,味道亦非常清新。
