To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最底係脆卜卜嘅鱈魚片做到層次分明

即燒嘅幼口魚邊,又叫做碟魚邊,
油份比左口魚重,食落去入口即溶,用紫菜包住

赤海膽丼望落去已經好吸引,
選用頂級北海道馬糞海膽味道清雅,顆粒感鮮明,濃厚甘甜,份量仲比其他日式餐廳多😍,面頭嘅三文魚子用酒醃製過,充滿酒香,加埋面頭嘅金箔,影相出嚟效果好好✨
