友人剛去完旅行返來,今晚約了我在旺角食晚飯聚一聚,行過黑布街見到一間的的西餐廳都好搶眼,「Lab 66」的招牌都好大個,在門外看了一陣餐牌,食物款式都不少,見餐廳都好企理又不會太吵,不如與友人在此食下晚飯!餐廳環境都好有趣,牆上有一些鐵水管及電燈泡,柱上掛上有一些鐵鏈,營造出型格的環境,用餐位置近在一個有開放式的水吧,餐廳分了地下及二樓,地方都晤細,枱與枱之間距離不會太迫,感覺都好舒適,而且環境都好別緻簡約中帶有特色。餐牌上印了不少彩色食物的圖樣,圖文並茂又有中英對照,讓客人更容易理解,而且各款菜式都好吸引,更誘發我們的食慾。架上放了一些Tea WG 1837的荼,再看一看餐牌,此店的Tea WG 1837有兩款,有Black tea 及Magic moment ,那麼我就選擇了 WG 1837 Magic moment($28),以紅茶為基本,加入了薰衣草,入口帶陣陣帶點薰衣草及椰子香,飲落都是有淡雅茶香,真是不錯。先來一個冬蔭公($88),一煲湯都足夠兩人份量,看來材料很多又足,例如有鮮蝦、油炸鬼、肉丸、香茅、薑、車厘茄等湯內有兩隻中蝦,蝦肉仍然好鮮香,肉質爽口彈牙,而且有些豬肉丸
