對於JW Marriot一點也不陌生,經常光顧這裡的FishBar,喜歡那裡開揚的環境。日前,知道在5樓開了新餐廳,說真的,剛進來完全感覺不到原來這裡的前身是JW Calfornia,裝潢方面完全不同,開放形的廚房,配上型格的深木色佈置,簡單而優雅。先來自家醃製三文魚配小茴香芥末醬及亞麻籽多士,醃製了的三文魚帶淡淡香草味道,而且魚肉結實,配鬆脆的多士吃,也不錯。布拉塔水牛芝士配蕃茄及野生芝麻菜-Burrata cheese 味道比較清淡,奶味香濃,入口軟滑,是非常容易接受的口味。蕃茄沙律配紅洋蔥及梅塔格藍芝士醬-香甜肉厚的蕃茄其實不用沾任何醬汁已經非常美味了,而事實上藍芝士醬的味道也過濃,掩蓋了蕃茄本身的清香。波士頓龍蝦-芝士配龍蝦可說是最穩陣的組合,啖啖肉的龍蝦配上芝士,沒有不好吃的可能。只是火力有點過,令肉質有點乾。20安士頂級安格斯牛扒配洋蔥圈及自家秘製醬汁)-來扒房牛扒當然是非常靠得住吧,看那粉嫩的顏色,已知火力控制得宜,味道也算濃郁。其實如果肉質優良,我認為不需要什麼醬汁呢,因此從我吃牛扒也選擇只吃原味。英國巴克夏黑豚扒配茴香碎及蘋果蓉($280)-本來以為牛扒是重點,但意相

英國巴克夏黑豚扒配茴香碎及蘋果蓉($280)-本來以為牛扒是重點,但意相不到,這個豬扒令大家讚不絕口。嫩滑的豬扒,入口鬆化而充滿肉味,肉汁豐盈,是不可錯過的菜式。

配菜方面可選炸薯條, 鹽味牛油薯蓉配香蔥,忌廉菠菜,蒜香牛油炒磨菇等等,份量不少,價錢只是$60,建議大家不要貪心,不要吃太多以免吃不下主菜呢。

這裡的甜品menu也非常精彩,我們吃了:
棉花糖夾心餅配軟朱古力撻及全麥餅雪糕
青檸芝士蛋糕配時令鮮莓及薑糖雪糕
冧酒忌廉香蕉杯配牛奶糖漿及椰子芭菲-是印象最深刻的,香蕉配上冧酒忌廉,再加上牛奶糖漿,甜蜜的程度爆燈,聰明地配一個同是熱帶風情而味道清新的椰子芭菲,平衡了甜膩,非常的可口,是必吃之選。

整體來說,這裡看起來好像很高格局,但是食物價錢方面卻很合理,20安士的頂級安格斯牛扒,索價也只是$580,而大部份主菜也是$500以下,令大家讚不絕口的黑豚扒也只是$280,以酒店扒房的級數來說,價格是很相宜了!
