To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午喺九龍城等阿女上樂器班，自己一個人去咗食德昌魚蛋粉，嘆個下午茶。掙扎咗好耐，真係好想試下佢嘅茶餐廳麵餐，都好想試下佢嘅沙爹牛肉包，平時見人食賣相都唔錯，有好多牛肉㗎！結果敵不住呢度嘅魚蛋誘惑，都係叫咗碗魚蛋河粉，清甜嘅湯底，幾粒魚蛋，幾塊魚片，魚蛋堅爽、堅滑、堅彈牙，第二度搵唔到，魚片一樣好食。當然一定要加埋佢嘅秘製辣椒醬，呢度有自家製嘅辣椒醬，有一種特別嘅香味，好吸引，食客喜歡嘅話可以買番樽返屋企。忍唔住叫咗杯凍奶茶，少冰走甜，可以試到佢真正嘅茶味，夠濃夠滑。
