To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣咁凍，好適合去打邊爐。放lunch嘅時候，我同同事已經喺app上面拎咗位，先至再行過去，點知都等咗成30分鐘。去到先知原來有得訂位，唔想等位記得打去book左先。午市有3個set 嘅shabu shabu盛合定食，同埋自選shabu shabu定食，有得揀2種肉($148) 同3 種肉($168)。total 有8種肉揀，三款牛、三款豬同一款雞。我同同事就揀咗三款牛、兩款豬、一款雞。我覺得最好食係牛頸脊。我就揀咗壽喜燒湯底(比較推薦🤩)，同事就揀咗蕃茄湯底🍅。定食仲包左飲品、兩款丸(貢丸加年糕)、野菜盛盒同埋烏冬。甜品仲可以加$10個牛角雪糕。價錢就偏貴，但偶爾奢華一下都ok!
