To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於自己嘅年紀越來越大,食量冇細個嘅時候咁厲害,所以食自助餐嘅次數亦慢慢減少, 不過家姐有優惠劵請我們一家人食,所以又破例多一次 環境:酒店都係新開左幾年,都幾清潔和乾淨,即使是星期六公眾假期,人流亦不是很多.感覺relax.餐廳內嘅圖書館式佈置都幾靚,幾舒服,呢佈置令我諗起星星入面都敏俊教授嘅書房,哈哈哈食物質素:冷盤:都係standard 嘅海鮮,壽司,魚生之類等等,雖然沒有我嘅至愛- 生蠔,但係佢嘅面包蟹又真係幾正, 同埋好多糕,尤其係佢嘅蟹蓋入面真係好多糕,,不過佢地要隔一段時間先refill面包蟹,大約15分鐘左右先refill一次,好似驚人攞哂咁. 沙律都OK,亦有多種涷肉例如煙三文魚,harm, salami等供選擇熱盤:湯類:當晚嘅中湯係清燉核桃淮山芡實豬展湯,很潤很清甜,阿媽一連飲左三碗,推介!!另外仲有肉骨茶.西湯有車打芝士洋蔥配香蒜湯,芝士味超濃, 正!!!烤肉: 有羊及燒和牛,都幾juicy其他主菜: 都係standard buffet有嘅主菜,另外又係 noodle corner, pasta corner 之類甜品: 雖然自己不是太好甜,但係都比被佢地嘅復活

烤肉: 有羊及燒和牛,都幾juicy
其他主菜: 都係standard buffet有嘅主菜,另外又係 noodle corner, pasta corner 之類
甜品: 雖然自己不是太好甜,但係都比被佢地嘅復活節甜品corner 吸引左, 設計精美,除左有色彩繽紛嘅朱古力復活蛋,玫瑰花cup cake之外,仲有一隻吸引全場嘅綠茶蛋糕復活蛋,吸引左好多小朋友同大人都同佢影相,唔知係咪隻蛋太靚嘅關係差唔多到尾聲都冇人敢去切左個蛋糕,不過最後都係比我地幾姊妹夾手夾腳切左個佢,雖然味道一般, 不過論賣相都可以比佢85分嘅.
