清明節拜山完之後唔夠時間煮菜,媽媽話外賣燒鵝,去咗西灣河一間叫做阿爺的,區內非常出名,特色是古法燒鵝,而且帶有薰香味,燒鵝是夠肥先好食,我哋買咗隻燒鵝髀,皮薄脂肪幾厚,肉柔嫩,係有煙薰香,與其他不同,有佢嘅特色。除咗燒鵝之外,買咗半斤叉燒,可以揀半肥瘦或肥一啲,我揀咗半肥瘦,現在覺得太瘦了,下次要揀肥,但味道就好好,仲俾咗好多汁,撈飯真正。補充番先,燒鵝外賣盒裏西都有唔少汁,呢方面真係值得俾個讚,令到燒鵝更加滋味,撈飯又得。呢度的燒肉都出名,下次要試吓,試吓堂食都好。
