To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工咁岩經過牛頭角，見到好多人排隊買呢間小店嘅外賣，見到餐牌又唔係特別貴，再加上外賣自取有八折，一於叫兩個餐返屋企試吓先！分別叫咗秘製沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯同埋即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯，等咗一陣就返屋企啦~佢每盒飯嘅外賣都用咗兩個盆裝住，非常貼心，上邊嘅餸菜同飯分開，唔會比啲飯餸汁流入飯底度，影響味道秘製沙嗲牛肉 鹹度適中，配上煎得好靚嘅蘭王旦，鮮橙黃色非常誘人，蛋汁流出嚟送飯一流！仲要燶邊更加增添口感每個餐都跟咗炒飯底，果然功價十足，用上雞蛋🥚丶蔥花炒，簡單得來又好味😋椒鹽豬扒飯果然係即叫即炸，返到屋企打開仲有熱氣噴出，非常之香嘅椒鹽味道，仲有好多蔥蒜，豬扒大大件，炸得又香又脆，再配上一流嘅炒飯底，非常之好送飯！值得一題係炒飯底份量超級多，完全食唔晒！細食嘅，三個人食都可以😌
