To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊朋友從美國回來，約埋一齊聚一聚，離開香港10幾年，佢話香港變化好大，好多地方都吾認得，所以今天我請假陪她shopping,行到攰要休息一下，兼食晚餐！經過染布房街，見到一間好似bar 的餐廳，名叫The Trafalgar Brewing Company ，朋友說想入去試試！那麼我們就入座了！set dinner 吾錯，我們要了2款！是日餐湯：南瓜湯，湯濃鮮甜！烤新西蘭肉眼扒：熟度可以選擇，鮮嫩的肉眼扒，配香脆的薯角，十分美味！西班牙式煎三文魚扒：三文魚兩邊都煎過，中間還有少少生的，配合特製醬汁，味道特別，值得一試！晚餐還包括飲品：我們要了檸檬茶！鐵板燒德國雜腸：不是用普通鐵板，是用鐵穫仔，下面用火燒住，上面有四款肉腸，肉腸加有德國泡菜製造，四款味道，由淡至濃味，味道不錯。蒜蓉包：味香包脆，小食之選！
