To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友出街食，兩個人都不約而同揀左吉列豬排餐🙈 未到晚市，顧客未算多。吉列豬扒豚骨湯拉麵吉列豬排炸得香脆、乾身，沒有多餘既油，但係咬落去真係乾😂 沒有鎖住肉汁。麵條有濃烈既蛋香味，豚骨湯濃郁。配搭少量既沙拉菜除左可以開胃，更可以解膩！日式咖喱吉列豬扒配白飯日式咖喱微辣，咖哩味香濃，反而吉列豬扒沾上少許既咖喱能夠中和翻豬扒乾身既問題。果然吉列豬扒同咖喱係最佳配搭！福岡芝士蛋糕🍰蛋糕質感軟綿綿，綿滑既口感帶有特別香濃既芝士及奶味，甜而不膩！食完一件可以繼續。其實餐廳有多款類型既menu可供選擇，只可以話我地口味太一致啦🙈 下次再黎要試下燒肉！！之後睇其他顧客燒，佢地燒得太吸引啦！
