講起食酸菜魚,我多數都係食呢間人氣黃店,貪佢大大份夠抵食,魚肉又無骨😆 最近先知原來銅鑼灣都有分店,啱晒我呢啲長期喺港島打躉嘅人🤣通常出去食上海菜都會叫雞絲粉皮,而呢度雖然食川菜,但係我特別鍾意食佢嘅雞絲粉皮,全因為佢食落除咗有花生醬之外,仲有少少麻辣味,夠晒惹味😋另一樣必嗌嘅菜式就係炸饅頭!幾乎每一枱都嗌🤓 雖然炸饅頭來講佢算偏貴,但係佢出場個氣勢絕對有返咁上下,除咗有乾冰,仲有成架船比你影相😜 而饅頭食落外脆內軟,加上煉奶一流🤤到咗主角——酸菜魚登場😳 魚肉無骨之餘,食落都好滑溜,而份量都好足,屬於「食極都仲有」嘅程度🤣 另外仲有勁多配料:酸菜、芽菜、萵筍、豆卜同寛粉😌 而佢嘅寛粉係比出面嘅厚身啲,食落會更加Q彈!川菜嚟講,都經常會嗌乾煸四季豆,而呢度炒到好乾身,但又唔會好油膩😗 另外啲辣肉碎都係重點,夠哂辣!仲有加入咗啲欖菜同辣椒一齊炒,非常惹味☺️呢個菊花蜜都係必嗌,佢入面真係有菊花瓣🤓️ 味道唔會死甜,飲落去係好清新嘅感覺,啱哂食辣嘢用嚟解辣😌總括而言,呢間川菜館係我食酸菜魚嘅長期飯堂😌 鍾意佢魚片超多,夠三四個人食,又滑又無骨,而且夠麻夠酸,值得encore😋 順帶一提,佢哋而

總括而言,呢間川菜館係我食酸菜魚嘅長期飯堂😌 鍾意佢魚片超多,夠三四個人食,又滑又無骨,而且夠麻夠酸,值得encore😋 順帶一提,佢哋而家仲新開咗個會員系統,成為會員儲積分仲可以享現金回贈,啱晒我呢啲成日幫襯嘅人😌
