專食牛雜嘅餐廳喺香港唔常見,之前食過陳儀興打冷店,估唔到佢哋連牛雜粉麵都做得唔錯👍🏻 好多唔同嘅牛雜刁鑽部位,之前都未見過,例如海參腩同沙瓜叫左個沙瓜淨食餐 $145 跟餐加$20有油菜同飲品,亦可以轉配事頭婆涼茶,菜有幾款,揀咗腐乳通菜,跟餐配來講都算好多,亦好新鮮牛沙瓜即係傘肚部位,淨食份量好多,都有唔同質地既傘肚,淺色嗰款肉質更滑,個底仲有生菜,浸左腩汁好好味雖然鍾意食餸多啲,但都試吓我最愛嘅河粉,好滑!有時候比較少見嘅牛膀(不是牛蒡🤣),食落質地似潤,但唔會太粉粉麵餐都可以加錢跟餐,揀咗炸魚皮,超級新鮮勁脆卜卜,浸落個湯度拎起會咋咋聲😁有個類別叫炸爆佢,有好多唔同炸物。叫左個「我要晒」即係炸物拼盤,炸蝦棗丸最正,其他都好唔錯,全部都係出面少見!

牛沙瓜即係傘肚部位,淨食份量好多,都有唔同質地既傘肚,淺色嗰款肉質更滑,個底仲有生菜,浸左腩汁好好味

雖然鍾意食餸多啲,但都試吓我最愛嘅河粉,好滑!有時候比較少見嘅牛膀(不是牛蒡🤣),食落質地似潤,但唔會太粉

有個類別叫炸爆佢,有好多唔同炸物。叫左個「我要晒」即係炸物拼盤,炸蝦棗丸最正,其他都好唔錯,全部都係出面少見!
