今天工作來到荃灣地鐵站附近,和同事在「越一越南牛肉粉」食晚餐。我一直很喜歡吃越南菜,原因之一是因為有很多蔬菜,所以配菜我都會全吃掉!牛油雞翼二人套餐198牛油雞翼四隻:外皮炸得香脆,但內裡肉質依然嫩滑,牛油味香。上湯蘿蔔:白蘿蔔很清甜,吃到停不了口。小食選了香茅豬頸肉米卷紙(4件):豬頸肉很淋,米紙卷擺設相當吸引 ,活像一個菜花園,配菜很新鮮。生牛肉湯河, 紅紅的生牛肉幾秒就給熱湯煮熟了,入口很滑 ,一D都唔會老,這就是生牛肉的特色之一。牛坑腩片檬粉, 牛坑腩煮得很淋,很入味,湯底清甜。扎肉檬生菜包$42:真像一朵盛開的花,包著生菜一齊食,不錯。椰青:加$18,很抵食,椰肉當然要食埋啦!椰汁三色冰都很好飲
