中日FUSION渡船街一向都有不少美食,今天是應朋友邀請,到川燒一聚,並試試中日FUSION餐廳美食。吃過後的結論是 - 絕非一般的串燒店,而是用心經營的特色fusion 串燒店。小小的店子位置不多,可是Weekday也人山人海。一座下店員送上一張點菜紙,有著不少美食選擇。不少串燒店都以主推肉食,只有少里量素菜。出奇地,這間小店有不少菜類選擇,於是我選了半菜半肉。先來燒特級牛脷芯($36),一串三粒,入口即溶,用了一點點salt 掉味,我力推!!另外秘製成雞中翼 ($20)十分驚喜! 炸得香脆可口,秘製醬料及孜然粉令雞中翼味道更香噴噴。燒海殼王 ($178) 店員說需要用了三十分鐘的慢火,加入各款特色香料來燒,並原條上枱,肉質十分鮮嫩又帶點香料味,魚皮炸得十分香口!說到菜類也不錯。來自日本的一口甜蕃薯 ($20)一入口即化,甜而不膩! 黑松露燒溫泉玉子 ($30)單看外表都覺得吸引,燒腐皮香脆可口,包著流心的溫泉玉子及黑松露,口感豐富。串燒煲仔飯 ($28) 是其中一個特定串燒!!臘味混入糯米燒,四邊都脆口如飯焦。燒珍寶大元貝 ($136) 極之大隻! 加了燒汁掉出元貝鮮味。法式燒綿花
