Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日相約舊同事於佐敦吃飯，大家加班後才出來已經很晚，途經這間澳門餐廳，感覺很新很乾淨，便進來了。由於太餓，眼濶肚窄的我們，想也不想便瘋狂點了幾款菜，哈哈哈…　想不到每款味道都很不錯，而且店員亦很親切有禮，小店就有這種親切感。“即煎酒糟肉餅飯” 肉餅看來很有家的感覺，但味道大不同，夾開來有種香氣噗鼻，店員說是酒香，加上肉汁甜美，我真的忍不住食多了。“川醬干炒牛河” 牛肉很軟，牛味重，炒河熱騰騰很香。幸好店員一問，她說川味可以炒得很辣很惹味，但一知道我們怕大辣，便將辣度降低一點。“招牌牛坑腩” 牛味香濃，肥肉多一點的部位果然肉質較軟，白蘿蔔吸了肉汁味又淋又甜。本來想試崩沙腩，可惜已售罄，只能下次再來。“口水雞” 我很喜歡吃，喜歡它的麻辣香及啖啖雞肉，這裡的味道也不錯。

“川醬干炒牛河” 牛肉很軟，牛味重，炒河熱騰騰很香。幸好店員一問，她說川味可以炒得很辣很惹味，但一知道我們怕大辣，便將辣度降低一點。
