To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

book咗6:30兩席團年飯（$3880/圍）7點上完第一味"燒味拼盤"...等...等...等...等...以為廚房煮唔切，足足等咗一個鐘，頂唔順叫侍應跟吓，點知個個侍應都淨係識講"等"...完全無人跟！等足1.5個鐘8:30終於上第二碟菜，有大有細有老人家餓住等，餸菜唔熱唔緊要，第一次食餐飯等4個鐘，炒麵炒飯、甜品、生果都仍然未上枱...都係等！總結：由無人坐到爆場，由爆場到清場，食完幾個鐘換來一肚氣！第一次寫食評，真心希望有心食一餐正常晚飯嘅朋友睇到佢地服務真實的一面。
