Restaurant: 樂湯雞麵館 (庇利金街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 宜家做生意真係要夠厚臉皮,夠無耳心。滿心期待自家淆製雞湯底,點知一飲冇味既(本人平時在家係清蒸白烚走調味多,所以味覺相當發達😉),飲多啖似係豬骨湯底,即係平時打邊爐,侍應一大壺,大方到好似唔駛錢,無限為你加湯,嗰d罐頭豬骨化學湯底,但入面係完全冇豬骨成份既呢...(東張都報過哂)跟手求其加幾件雞落去煮,煮時雞皮又會滲d雞油出來喎,咁就扮到自家製愛心靚湯喇,D雞仲要切得勁薄,再加2舊仔魚翅餃,咁就當一個餸? 真係人無耳心,便無敵。白飯得半碗既飯量,侍應話好多人食唔哂碗飯,浪費食物,所以轉咗細碗來裝,唔夠可以添飯的,我非常欣賞佢珍惜食物夠環保,但又冇寫出來講明可以添飯喎?人哋鵪鶉唔敢出聲啲人咪食唔飽或再俾錢叫多碗飯囉? 係咪想側側膊博食客唔出聲慳返米飯,或者賺多碗飯錢呀?豆漿交嚟既,偏甜,冇特別,冇heart,跟餐都仲要加$9,我唔覺得有平過囉,完全正價價錢。食哂d雞和魚翅餃後,食風咁,本人女士,最近減肥細食咗好多,都食唔飽,唯有叫多個醉豬手小食,睇睇下原來有沙薑口味,於是乎就轉咗沙薑豬手,侍應話好在未整,否則倒咗醉汁落去就改唔到單... 聽到呢句我心裏一沉,已知又瀨嘢...😑原來係叫咩口

原來係叫咩口味倒咩汁落去,豬手係純白烚既,我心諗,呀...有料! 求其到咁,都夠薑開食店?
唔駛問,個豬手結果梗係完全唔入味啦... 都算! 最離譜係58蚊既豬手其實根本得2舊左右,但碎上扮多... 唉...
結果三扒兩撥我又食完碟豬手喇,嗰半碗份量既飯我竟然仲剩下三分一,完全冇添飯的意慾,因為已經冇哂餸... 我終於明白點解咁多人食唔哂碗飯了。😆

我今次唔會再蠢多次了,果斷賣單!永不幫襯!
賣單$155,一個人食,竟然唔飽,結果要再買狗仔粉和碗仔翅先飽,離哂大鐠!

咁既份量我女仔都唔飽,小朋友可能會飽。
咁hi求其都夠薑開食店,全靠大家食唔出。
D正評係點嚟? 大家心裏有數啦,有錢真好。
D分店點開到? 成本低,利潤高,無耳心真好。
