To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度救傷隊虐待日又到，是次虐待安排於晏晝，即係話要食飽先好黎。一覺醒來只知成街都係水，都唔知掛過黃雨紅雨黑雨。去附近大家樂再續前緣，再叫早晨全餐。好明顯，呢個係錯的選擇。我淨係知道當日係銅鑼灣食到o既滑蛋，係荃灣呢到變o左硬度差少少就係鐵蛋o既炒蛋；南瓜厚多士已不復見，size少了一半；不變的只有鮮茄通粉，浮沉在橘紅色的湯底之間。拖著萬般無奈，帶著發麻的腦袋，狠狠地一口一口吃掉這差天頓地的早餐。
