To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得以前呢間米線鋪比我印象好好，係好味既但今次再食有點失望叫左小鍋米線麻辣湯底小辣，加腩肉同螺旋藻，凍檸茶小甜小冰米線偏幼身，我覺得煮得耐左，食落好淋湯底濃郁，但可惜落左酸菜比我，印象中以前叫麻辣湯底，會問句走唔走酸，今次冇問我又唔記得左，所以冇走到，我就唔太鍾意個種酸味配料方面，腩肉我覺得係出色既，肥瘦適中，食落帶小小甜味，但就只有4-5塊，個人覺得比較小。而螺旋藻係比較大塊同厚身個種黎，冇麥特別，但都係份量小左d。而杯凍檸茶係好飲既，真係有茶味，小甜亦都係真小甜😂😂
