To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係附近長沙灣廣場睇完戲,就到大中華食飯!一早已經Book 左枱,但唔記得預留土匪雞,所以無哂啦…我地6個人一共嗌左以下幾款餸:豉椒聖子—食極都仲有,好足料!又入味金銀蛋白菜仔—因為好多餸都係炒煎,有款菜食真係必要!湯底夠味又不會太濃煎蠔餅—啖啖蠔粒,差不多有手指公咁大炸子雞—炸完都好嫩滑既雞肉! 又唔會太鹹琵琶豆腐—有驚喜!豆腐好滑,就算有汁,皮都依然鬆脆椒鹽鮮魷---不過不失,正常撈起(大)--- 份量一黎真係會嚇親!當頭盤食,最後都食得哂,三文魚同個汁好好食
