To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有次見到呢間新開的餐廳係網上平台自取有6折,好奇買來一試,估吾到有驚喜。半份鷄都超大份,多到可以兩個人食。呢個百里香烤鷄香味撲鼻,肉汁鮮嫩,就連配菜的薯仔都焗得好香好juicy。美中不足係烤菜比較乾身,如果轉其他蔬菜應該好好多。飲品係冷泡茶,都有誠意。呢個餐大約$50,超值
