平時食印度菜都只係諗起重慶大廈,近排發現住緊既屯門都有間叫王子廚房既印度Fusion菜餐廳,睇相片賣相幾吸引,所以今日就同爸爸黎試試佢!忌廉海鮮湯:好多海鮮碎,有豐富香料味,少少辣,幾開胃。牛肝菌菇濃湯:好香濃牛肝菌味,淡淡菇肉隨湯附上既印度脆片:估唔到叫湯唔係得湯咁簡單,啲脆片送上黎時仲係熱既,有蝦蟹味,香口不油膩。芒果蟹肉沙律:香甜軟滑既芒果,配上爽脆既青瓜,生菜,番茄仔,紅黃燈籠椒,同埋蟹肉碎,營造出豐富既口感;沙律汁酸味清爽,十分開胃;擺盤亦頗具心思,將蔬菜擺成一座色彩繽紛既小山丘,好睇又好食,份量亦相當多,抵食!馬薩拉烤雞咖哩:咖哩香料豐富,味道濃郁又正宗,好食!芝士naan餅:熱辣辣既Naan餅口感鬆軟,包住既芝士可以拉好長既絲,用黎配咖哩食真係一流!整體而言食物味道賣相都好好,價錢唔貴,份量多,抵食又好食,下次要再黎試下佢個Pizza!
