以前星期五都會同同事飲酒放鬆下,但現時疫情逐漸嚴重,大家都避免出去飲酒,所以星期五由飲酒日轉為拉麵日。我之前去日本試過沽麵之王-大勝軒,近日得知大勝軒創辦人既入室徒弟喺香港開左間大勝軒丸一,所以同朋友特登嚟到太古。沾麵種類繁多,最感興趣係咖哩沾麵,不過決定試下大勝軒既人氣款式拉麵先。- 特製沾麵🍜份量真係世界級,總共一麵二蛋三叉燒。湯底熱辣辣唔會太鹹。雖然有啲稀,但好處係食到最後湯底都足夠俾我沾麵。入面仲有大大粒叉燒,肉質唔算嫩,但叉燒粒吸曬沾湯既精華,相當惹味。- 唐揚炸雞🍗炸雞幾鮮嫩多汁,外皮香脆,不過唔係太熱。入去餐廳既時候接近滿座,證明大勝軒係沾麵界佔一席之地。

- 特製沾麵🍜
份量真係世界級,總共一麵二蛋三叉燒。湯底熱辣辣唔會太鹹。雖然有啲稀,但好處係食到最後湯底都足夠俾我沾麵。入面仲有大大粒叉燒,肉質唔算嫩,但叉燒粒吸曬沾湯既精華,相當惹味。
