今晚約了細佬到他家樓下吃個便飯,我們都是食肉獸,於是選了這家釜之魂,最喜歡他的厚燒鰻魚飯,真是皮脆肉厚😚❤️鰻魚(金魂)「有得揀,先至係老闆。」要吃一定要吃大條的鰻魚,今次我終於能夠獨吃一個鰻魚金魂飯了,鰻魚肉厚,魚皮燒得焦焦香香又煙煙韌韌,成塊掀起來吃,再包着珍珠米飯,真是人間一大享受。古味鹽牛舌盛釜牛舌的油脂燒起來還聽到滋滋聲,牛舌配上鹽來吊味後,令到鮮味大增,有極重的牛味👍🏼我們都一致認為牛舌的質感軟林林,但外皮燒得焦香,加上份量不少,我們都吃得很滿足。想不到除了鰻魚外,這裏的牛舌也是不錯。梅干手羽先雞翼上面沾有點點梅粉,吃起來酸酸甜甜,但又有雞翼酥脆的口感, 開胃又滋味。謝謝細佬請客❤️🙏😜

牛舌的油脂燒起來還聽到滋滋聲,牛舌配上鹽來吊味後,令到鮮味大增,有極重的牛味👍🏼

梅干手羽先
雞翼上面沾有點點梅粉,吃起來酸酸甜甜,但又有雞翼酥脆的口感, 開胃又滋味。
