We ordered lamb casserole (羊腩煲),the lamb is tender,soft,juicy with mushroom,tufu skin,water chestnut!suits for cold winter!
The Peking duck (皇子片皮鴨 配麼麼皮) has golden brown crispy skin,serving with shredded cucumber,BBQ sauce and Plum sauce.wrapping with pancake...yummmmm
Four types of beef are provided on an unlimited basis.i.e.
Australian wagyu beef,hand sliced Australian beef,prime US beef and US beef chuck
