To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前住大埔的時候,家傳戶曉差唔多是我哋全家的食堂,因為地點方便,就在大埔中心一田附近,座位又舒適寛敝,又有午市套餐及有中式茶提供。不過搬走之後,今次已相隔三年再光顧,水準都能保持。今次我們一行8人為慶祝父親節而來,預早訂了馳名的北京填鴨,聽聞每枱客多數都會點,因為味道不錯亦有特色。皮脆肉嫩,薄餅又夠薄,配合青瓜、山渣條、大蒽同特製醬料,好好味。另外,我哋叫了蔥爆羊肉配薄餅、小籠包、小食雞絲粉皮、鴨舌。羊肉都夠淋同惹味,用中式薄餅夾好滋味,值得推介。小籠包都不差,皮薄餡靚。雞絲粉皮同鴨舌都算合格,不過就份量不多。蛋白瑤柱炒飯同炸銀絲卷就不過不失。飲品方面,有很多選擇,今次試咗話梅乳酸青檸、荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶同火龍果菠蘿蘆薈梳打,第二杯有半價優惠。我覺得最好飲就係荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶。最值得一提是其中一位侍應哥哥叫Andy非常專業有禮,值得一讚,因當日我小孩為小事發脾氣,但佢仍然耐心聆聽,又細心介紹每個菜式。
