To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大尾督泰菜 唔駛專登去

大埔泰菜特別多，試了幾家覺得OK但個人覺得沒有太出色 😂 這次試另一間位於大尾督的泰國餐廳，它位於大尾督食肆集中地，可以在公眾咪錶停車場泊好車再步行過去🍝醉貓辣肉碎炒河 $48🍝醉貓的來源聽說是人在飲醉後看見雪櫃內有什麼便拿來炒，也有說是由於味道辣很適合配酒，所謂的醉貓炒河是泰式炒河Pad See Ew加上九層塔 辣椒 辣醬的變化版，會比較辣這炒河炒得很乾身，讚 😋! 醬料完全融入河粉裡很夠味卻不會太䶢，另外份量超級多，一直吃一直吃都還有剩，而它的辣味是屬於比較刺激的，真的非常辣，但辣得很好吃，一定要配飲品一起才過癮 (可惜這Lunch Set沒有附送飲品，熱飲+$3 凍飲+$5🥛)餐廳是一般茶餐廳格局，但桌椅等裝飾也有東南亞雨林風 😄 順路去可以去喔

🍝醉貓辣肉碎炒河 $48🍝
醉貓的來源聽說是人在飲醉後看見雪櫃內有什麼便拿來炒，也有說是由於味道辣很適合配酒，所謂的醉貓炒河是泰式炒河Pad See Ew加上九層塔 辣椒 辣醬的變化版，會比較辣

這炒河炒得很乾身，讚 😋! 醬料完全融入河粉裡很夠味卻不會太䶢，另外份量超級多，一直吃一直吃都還有剩，而它的辣味是屬於比較刺激的，真的非常辣，但辣得很好吃，一定要配飲品一起才過癮

餐廳是一般茶餐廳格局，但桌椅等裝飾也有東南亞雨林風 😄 順路去可以去喔
