Thai BBQ Skewer Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大約下午五點零鐘，響大埔踩單車，經過餐廳門口，門口個下午茶餐牌都算ok啦，咁就入去裏面坐低醫吓個肚。叫咗個泰式海南雞飯，碟口夠大，雞份量都OK，雞肉鬆散，冇雞味，冇乜味。但係醬汁就唔錯。至於個飯，得個黃色，完全沒有海南雞飯的感覺。豬扒油麵，油麵份量都唔少，夠粗壯，味道一般。豬扒都唔細，但係冇乜味，有少少柴。至於湯底，色素夠，亦冇乜味。賣相都係一般。加錢飲多一杯增多冰，都係得個樣，只係有少少椰汁味，冇乜特別。
