服務員非常用心解說每一道菜色,而且態度自然,值得嘉許,只可惜了看清他的名牌。

這夜吃得滿意滿足,難得嚐到失傳古菜「崑崙鮑魚」及「綠柳垂絲」,煙韌豐厚之口感,吃過方知矜貴得有道理。此外,「海山腸」及「金殿非蛇羹」兩道移形換影菜式令人眼前一亮。
