睇過好多中外reviews但好極端所以都博一博。首先嚟olive oil 加好杰寸撻撻嘅balsamic vinegar味偏甜但好特別。成晚菜式由個waiter recommend,先嚟個scrambled eggs with black truffles.唔明點解旦係粉紅色,味道可以但不至於為signature dish.再上一個home made mozzarella with rainbow tomatoes and rocket. 芝士一流有點煙un而蕃茄就甜到不可信!再試兩個pasta- red shrimp with pasta sheet- 雖然都唔知乜嘢係pasta sheet 原來好似雲吞皮咁,雖得一隻蝦而且頭同身都不成比例但個sauce 好濃好重蝦羔真係想叫個淨面撈埋佢!Next is linguine with grey mullet roe 賣相似蝦子撈面,佢地D pasta 嘅水準應反成代表。少咸偏香,又係想再食一碟!到主菜:rolled suckling pig with chestnut sauce 好多人都評過但我反而唔鈡意。crispy skin 其

Overall 食物水準一流,portion 唔大亦唔平但嗰種味係靚嘅Italian restaurant 都未必食到.
臨走時相信是老闆Lana 吧話下月有唔同region嘅set dinner 菜式。
服務好好係今時今日已難得但如果另一長髪男waiter 可略tidy up 儀容會更好因佢個outlook 太MK 了
