To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於灣仔汕頭街一間蛋包飯專門店，星期一至五午飯時間12:00開始就大排長龍，不過都唔需要等好耐就可以入座。和牛漢堡蛋包飯超厚的和牛漢堡，啖啖肉好 juices，對於喜歡食肉嘅人士就啱晒，我就食半份肉已經足夠。忌廉雞肉＋濃茄牛肉蛋包飯，呢個飯與和牛漢堡比較起來就遜色一點。濃茄牛肉：牛肉軟稔，入口即化，茄味十分香濃。忌廉雞肉：入口感覺自己喺茶餐廳食緊白汁雞皇飯，No good。Follow IG, 即送芝士魚肉條兩條，吃起來酥香，富有彈性
