又嚟到一年一度嘅大閘蟹季節啦 每次諗食公定乸都會諗到頭都爆炸 好在朋友推薦我呢到中環嘅呢間星68閒日夜晚嚟到餐廳冇乜人 裝修行高級路線 非常有情調我哋就食咗$368套餐 包咗陳年花雕皇任飲幾得意 飲落香醇唔乸喉 配埋大閘蟹一齊食驅寒暖胃主角大閘蟹已經包咗兩皇一后 餐廳好細心咁 分開上枱唔怕凍曬 每一隻都黃毛金爪 爆曬膏 餐廳話公嘅大約五兩 乸嘅大約三兩半 份量十分足夠 蟹膏甘香可口 膽固醇超標都唔怕啦哈哈主角以外配角都好重要 一啲都唔啱馬虎金磚豆腐肴肉 豆腐炸得香脆 肴肉好似食緊啫喱咁 又有飲緊老火湯嘅感覺粟米鮮蝦羹 鮮蝦大大隻蟹粉小籠包 另一樣最期待嘅菜式 皮薄餡靚入面仲有大量嘅湯汁 配上淡淡嘅蟹黃味一絕紅糟菌皇金姿 有翠玉瓜菇菌類同埋豬肉 個豬肉質感幾有趣家嫂臘味飯 足料滋陰紅棗糕 微甜食落煙韌 有養生嘅感覺
