To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟外地來港玩的朋友weekday入大澳，噢！遊客好少，可以靜靜享受大澳風情，看棚屋，看曬蝦膏，一樂也！由於天氣實在超熱，沒辦法只想找個有強勁冷氣舒舒服服的地方吃個午餐，於是就想到離碼頭10多分鐘步程的Tai O Lockout .由於平日關係，餐廳人不多，我們坐了窗邊看海位置，藍天海景，室內冷氣加杯凍檸茶，超正！午餐選擇也多，我們點了Fish n Clips 及奶油海鮮意大利麵，意大利麵普普通通喇，但Fish n Clips出奇地鬆化不膩，好吃！湯可以，至於甜品就是芒果布甸，太太酸了，不好吃。整體可以，主要食環境，食物尚可。
