行山食好西,零舍有動力。尤其係消耗大量卡路里後,可以開懷大嚼!今次約好山友,到大澳行冷門嘅尖峰山(鳳山)和牙鷹山,回程大澳終點,途經大澳南涌村。一早已聽聞海韻大名,牙鷹山下來即刻訂枱。事前已做好資料搜集,叫必試招牌菜式。鹽焗雞:夠滑唔肥有雞味,必點!紅燒豆腐:豆腐滑、豆味濃,有驚喜!聽聞自家製,出面食唔到。酥甫三拼:素食果然出色,荔蓉酥卷外脆內軟,芋蓉綿軟,口感豐富,讚;酥甫很脆;腐皮卷個皮都脆,我食嗰件可能喺邊位,餡略嫌唔夠。蝦醬炒飯:唔油,材料豐富,略嫌蝦醬落得少,未夠鹹香。豆豉鯪魚油麥菜:鯪魚份量少,但油麥菜夠新鮮。椒鹽鮮魷:翻炸,漿粉厚,扣分,可以唔點。總括而言,適合一班朋友坐低食小菜,水準以上。
