To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大眾化茶餐廳，但每次買單，都必須要留意總銀碼及經營手法

幫襯了這間店舖多年，出品穩定，今次點選了1）豆豉雞（雞件比較重雪藏味）2）回鍋肉（味道比較一般，太一點兒過鹹）3）腰果肉丁（味道不錯）但不要期望太高，純粹街坊茶餐廳點一般選擇，不過每次都必須要留意，店舖知經營手法，每次買單包括堂食外賣，收費同餐牌的總收費，通常都會有出入，可能係無心之失，但係經過多次幫襯，覺得提醒大家必須要留意店舖的經營手法。歸納經驗1）每次收多錢與加一無關，因為茶餐廳沒有加一服務要求2）與外賣盒無關，因為每次都已經計好數目，計算好外賣盒3）通常答案都係話食菜貴咗，餐牌改唔切等理由4）每次都要鬥志鬥力，身心疲累5）就算係男性老闆或者女性收銀員，結果都係一樣，所以奉勸大家小心D , 對自己冇壞
