To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周末行山是常識吧 喺大尾督行完家樂徑之後就係時候睇吓有咩下午茶食，行過俾佢門口個餐牌吸引咗（因為想飲珍多冰）所以就入咗去，揀咗呢間泰國菜我哋坐低就嗌左一個雞絲喇沙同埋一個香茅豬扒金邊粉，當然唔少得冰凍嘅珍多冰同埋試吓紅豆冰.... 佢個喇沙湯底係正嘅椰香味好濃，仲有喇沙必備嘅豆卜同魚片，如果煮耐啲豆卜入味啲就更好，搵金邊粉就麻麻哋啦... 不過塊香茅豬扒就好入味仲有少少燒烤味唔錯。到兩杯要加$12 嘅特飲，珍多冰同平時一樣都係咁香椰汁椰奶同埋啲綠色珍多都好滑溜溜，一啲都唔硬，仲有重點佢會有幾粒大樹菠蘿喺裏面好有泰國風味而杯紅豆冰就... 下次都係揀番啲泰式飲品

我哋坐低就嗌左一個雞絲喇沙同埋一個香茅豬扒金邊粉，當然唔少得冰凍嘅珍多冰
