To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大閘蟹季節當然也要應一應節雖然我對大閘蟹沒太大興趣但也要吃一吃沒想到有甚麼心水地方那友人就選這裡核桃燻蛋味道依舊的好2款翅我比較喜愛這清炖的這湯味正是我愛的那一種其實大閘蟹對我來說只有那些膏可以吃掉而其他肉位我也真費不了這個心思去慢慢拆肉所以今晚的大閘蟹還好吧反而這素菜蒸餃的皮我覺得比較厚所以試了一點就不再想吃鹽水鴨都可以蟹粉小籠包比想像好蟹粉味重而且皮薄北京填鴨就差了些鴨身不太好味整體味道 2.5/5服務 3.5/5
