Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍就好自然會掛住羊腩煲，所以book枱嘅時候已經book定，因為呢一間食店基本上唔book位係好難有位，間中都見到啲Walk in嘅客人喺度嘈喧巴閉話冇位，好似人哋老奉有位俾佢哋夠，見啲店員仲要好有禮貌去回應，真係覺得佢哋慘慘豬。呢間嘅羊腩煲$498 ，唔使加一，送一碟菜，有一斤半新鮮羊腩，真係抵食，出面好多地方收緊五百幾蚊嘅羊腩煲都係雪藏羊腩。羊腩煲入面除咗羊腩之外仲有冬筍、冬菇同支竹，啲枝竹吸晒啲羊肉味，超正，白飯都可以每人食到兩三碗冬天食完。食完成個人暖晒，真係寒冷天氣一定要食羊腩煲。
