Italian Wine Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋晚慶祝婚禮完滿成功，特登揀左Ritz Carlton 呢間意大利餐廳感受係天空食飯既感覺。食物質素同米芝蓮餐廳比較雖然唔係最頂級，但都已經係非常高的水平，屬於正宗意大利菜水準，個別菜式例如牛扒同甜品都係非常出色。加上極高開揚景觀，整晚食飯的體驗都係非常好，作為慶祝的餐廳非常值得推薦。員工亦會為每道菜作出簡介，好有心思。價錢方面，頂級享受當然係高級餐廳既價錢，兩個人食咗$4000蚊，不過對住咁靚嘅景觀都係物有所值。
