To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一大班人聚會，最啱圍埋一齊打邊爐食雞煲！呢間本地人都推介嘅火鍋雞煲店，竟然有16款雞煲揀😍我地揀咗一邊湯雞鍋，一邊爆炒雞煲！之前已經預訂～冬瓜花膠瑤柱花甲雞煲，用上原隻新鮮雞，滿滿一鍋超足料，花膠軟腍，雞肉好滑一滑，湯底勁濃，仲有吸收哂湯嘅冬瓜😋 下其他配料時，要先嘗湯底啦！另一款是炒日本帶子雞煲，醬汁濃磐，日本帶子真材實料，好大粒，而且仲要用上嫩滑三黃雞，炒完都咁好味！還有超多款即叫即炸小食！王牌脆炸牛坑腩、熱騰騰🔥蝦多士、油炸鬼墨魚滑、椒鹽鮮鮑魚等，好惹味，食到停唔到口😇
