To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 信用卡可以,食通天,大家都應該知貴,所以一坐低就唔該$18茶,菜單入面都好難搵到一樣菜式係平過$100,就算炒碟菜都過百,咁你話抵食嗎?服務態度:正常,但侍應俾我覺得佢有點吹促我叫食物及埋單,但其實係一半左右。環境方面:人不多,不太曹。坐位之間距離太窄,我同隔離枱背對背。食物質素:就算食半隻鴨都係熱,這點不錯,半隻約有20隻左右$298,小籠包係新推介但完成不是那回事,不會再點。脆皮牛腩都係新推介,但我就唔推介啦,我食過其實出名酒樓嘅脆皮牛腩,完全不同,應該一片片就易入口,但佢係一大舊難以進食。失望。反之咕嚕肉得喎,用上5花腩,有油脂好味。性價比:正價就極低,有時代廣場coupon 就正常。總結:有coupon 可以一試,但唔好食套餐或新野,我覺得都係食大家都必食就算。好味指數😋
