To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在10月29號到店食下午,有兩位員工在樓面,其中一位後生嘅女仔極之沒禮貌,返而另外一位樓面就有禮貌,當結賬時叫後生個位女仔時,不但沒有回應我,仲要等咗幾分鐘後才過來,手上揸住咗部咭機,當我付款完畢後見到是look了我vist咭,我便問她為何不是八達通?她態度很冇禮貌地說:這個是vist咭嘅喎,你要八達通就出去喇!我說我第一次來的,但你不是第一次上班,為何客人結賬時你不對客人說清楚呢?後來有位女士出來就說幫我取消單,她是當日的 in charge,但沒有一句和客人說不好意思或安撫客人嘅態度,便繼續幫我做取消結賬單,不是趕時間,我都不會在這間餐廳食下午,這間餐廳食物雖然不是十分好食,但因為請唔倒人而請這種人,真是可惜!
