To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時經過都很多人排隊，今晚突然很想吃，就抱著要排隊的心情去，太幸運了！只排了5分鐘就到我們😊😊😊文華海南雞飯$118 (+$10轉雞髀)價格偏高，外面好吃的海南雞飯$60-80已經是套餐包飲料了～還好，肉質很滑但沒有雞味😑雞油飯也沒什麼味，偏淡！鹹蛋黃雞翼$78/6隻很香的鹹蛋味，超級咸，送飯吃也覺得很咸⋯⋯招牌珍寶帶子喇沙面 $158珍寶帶子很大顆，裡面的豆卜也入味，份量算是挺大，喇沙味很濃，不過不失。

很香的鹹蛋味，超級咸，送飯吃也覺得很咸⋯⋯
