To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望，點解咁多人排隊食

到店時見到好多人圍住門口，原來係等緊位，見到店員好忙，完全無理過門口等候既客。等左陣有店員行去門口收銀台，我表示訂左枱，店員很快便安排我入座。① 特製雙拼蟹糕沾麵 $98同餐牌上的圖片相比少左隻半熟溏心蛋都唔緊要，我第一次食沾麵個汁係湯，再望返原來我揀選左熱牛乳湯，一早寫明係湯。有別我平時食開既沾麵，個麵唔掛湯之餘，味道方便極為清淡，唯一有味的是蟹糕。味道方便極為清淡，唯一有味的是蟹糕。② 冠軍黑醬油拉麵 大滿足 $95正當我影緊相，諗緊點解得咁少叉燒，問下店員先至話上錯左。加返幾塊叉燒之後比較像樣，湯底普通，叉燒肉質不夠嫩，感覺不大滿足。③ 肉汁滿滿餃子 $42唔好期待有字面上既形容，呢五隻餃子正正常常，就係煎餃子。有玉桂狗Crossover只係餐具同筷子套，食物質素又唔高，食完之後完全唔明點解咁多人排隊！
