To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去年8月跟太座和她好友一起在此食自助午餐,跟疫情前一樣美味, 因此今次在和太座去慶祝結婚週年紀念。食品琳瑯滿目,款式和類別跟之前一樣,有沙律,冷凍海鮮、中式食物包括湯和燒味、意式食品和熱湯,日式有魚生和天婦羅,印度 咖哩和印度餅,當然唔少得甜品。 但見客人聊聊可數, 已經有點奇怪。巡視一番之後便開始進食,噢! 原來食物烹調的水準下降了,肉類包括牛、羊、猪都煮過火,最可惜是那半邊龍蝦,太鹹和過火。印度食物和甜品還保持水準,午市自助餐只有一杯咖啡,如何足夠配搭甜品。
