To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我0係附近返學, 幫襯試過佢0既竹笙雲吞排骨麵.雲吞幾大粒, 餡係豬肉+ 菜. Ok 啦, 雲吞皮稍嫌overcooked 0左少少, "林bad bad" 的.炸排骨令我幾失望, d 炸皮俾d 湯浸"林" 晒, 咬落一pat 糊咁0既口感; 肉質又乾又硬, 唔ok.上海幼麵口感比較"林bad bad", 又易索水, 搞到碗0野好滯.發覺全碗0野最好食的, 係d 竹笙... 真係灰.不過, 飲品都算幾多choices, 有菊花茶, 酸梅湯, 又有凍豆漿, 值得一讚.
