To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ～醉豬手賣相大大件、咬落皮厚肉綿、欠酒香。。。不懂欣賞。。。～椒鹽鮮魷入口皮厚如柴。。。送吓啤酒無妨鼓椒炒聖旨合格、要挑剔的話、小咗d大排檔鑊氣焗奄仔蟹奄仔蟹非常鮮甜、要挑剔的話、奄仔蟹擦咗層油去焗、入口有點油膩粉絲蒸帶子合格風沙雞合格、冰鮮貨、雞肉入口有點鞋、冇乜驚喜蒸青班合格青炒涼瓜事前已經禮貌地拜托待應向師傅要求生炒、小油鹽。上枱時出品如其話係炒、不如直接話係水煮加油兜亂比較貼題。。。蒜蓉炒芥蘭出品又係一樣、水煮加油兜亂。。。蒜蓉炒萵筍真心唔明廚房師傅為什麼會咁頑固用這樣的炮製方法、真係多花5 分鐘左右時間落油鑊由生炒熟會咁辛苦？用水煮完落鑊加油兜亂變成一”pak” 嘢。。。請問傳說中的大排檔鑊氣去咗邊樹？！鼓油王炒麵入口油淋淋、一般般。。。小炒王油淋淋、濕笠笠、唔係好開胃。。。曾幾何時、銖記叱咤跑馬地一帶、今日再試只覺斜陽垂暮。。。希望師傅能加把勁、有機會再嚟試吓！
